- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wow this place is horrible. I went in prepared to spend a substantial amount of money to buy an antique ring in a particular style. It's a very common style (cluster) that I have seen many times in other stores, auctions and online. The owner told me very nastily that he had the most rings of anyone in Chicago and if he didn't have one there was no such thing. I assumed I wasn't explaining it correctly so I apologized and proceeded to show him pictures on my phone of a dozen different rings of this stye. He demanded to know where I got the photos and insisted that they could not be right, because he's never seen an antique cluster ring. When I told him I felt like he was attacking me and I was just trying to buy a piece of jewelry he told me he doesn't sweat the customers because "For every one customer I lose, I gain two." Wow. I went in ready to spend up to ten figures on a ring. I left almost in tears after being yelled at. Horrible experience.By A Google User, July 20, 2017
